Terms of Service
These terms describe the conditions under which AX Studio, based in Warsaw ("AX Solutions"), provides services and the rules for using the axsolutions.pl website.
1. General provisions
AX Solutions provides software engineering services in the areas of browser automation, web scraping, API integration, and AI agents. Services are directed at business entities (B2B), from micro and small businesses to larger organisations.
2. Scope of services
Standard services include:
- building scraping pipelines and monitoring specific sources,
- automating repetitive processes (form filling, data aggregation, alerts),
- building AI agents and integrating them with the client's existing systems,
- maintenance retainers for previously built systems.
The detailed scope, schedule, and pricing are agreed individually and confirmed in a contract or written offer acceptance (an email confirmation is treated as acceptance).
3. Engagement terms
3.1. Pricing
An initial consultation (up to 30 minutes) is free. Project pricing requires a scope agreed with the client — usually delivered within 3-5 business days from problem description.
3.2. Payment
Standard: 40% at project start, 60% at completion. Monthly retainer — in advance, first day of each billing period. We accept bank transfers and issue VAT invoices.
3.3. Delivery timeline
Every project has an agreed timeline. Delays on our side exceeding 14 days from the agreed date entitle the client to withdraw from the contract without financial consequences for the unfinished portion of the work.
4. Liability and limitations
4.1. Nature of services
Automation services are engineering in nature. We operate within EU and Polish law, with particular attention to GDPR and provisions regarding database protection and ToS of individual services. We do not provide services that violate applicable law.
4.2. Client responsibility
The client is responsible for:
- the legality of the purpose for which they use the delivered solution,
- compliance of scraped data use with GDPR and other regulations,
- having their own legal basis for processing personal data collected.
4.3. Limitation of liability
Maximum AX Solutions liability to the client is limited to the amount of fees actually paid by the client in the last 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or consequences arising from third-party changes (e.g. target ToS change, site layout change).
5. Intellectual property
Source code created within a project transfers to the client upon full payment. Exception: our own internal helper libraries and frameworks (if used) remain our property, but the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them within the project.
Documentation, guidelines, runbooks — transfer to the client along with the code.
6. Confidentiality
All information regarding the client's business (financial, strategic, technical, customer base) is treated as confidential. We do not disclose it to third parties without the client's explicit consent. An NDA can be signed before the first discovery call if required.
7. Complaints
Complaints are accepted at hello@axsolutions.pl. We respond within 14 business days. In the case of a justified complaint — repair, re-performance of the service, or proportional refund (to be agreed with the client).
8. Use of the site
The axsolutions.pl site is informational and marketing in nature. Published content (journal articles, project descriptions) is our intellectual property. Quotation with attribution is permitted under fair use.
9. Changes to terms
Terms may be updated. The current version is always available on this page with the last change date. For projects already in progress, the terms in effect at the date of contract/offer acceptance apply.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the seat of AX Studio (Warsaw), unless the parties decide otherwise in a written agreement.
