AX Solutions is an automation studio founded in Warsaw in 2022. We do one thing: we build systems that take over your team's work — and we build them to run after us, not through us.

Engineering, not demos.
We don't ship proofs-of-concept. Every system we release has observability, retry, idempotency, audit logs. The price covers all four.
We talk in specifics.
Instead of 'digital transformation' we say '2.1M products per day at 84-second latency'. Instead of 'AI solutions' we say 'a Claude agent with 12 tools and guardrails'. Specifics are cheaper than abstractions.
We say no.
We don't take every project. If we see automation doesn't make sense, ROI won't materialize, or scope is misframed — we say so before sending a proposal.
