This privacy policy describes what personal data is collected by AX Solutions from the axsolutions.pl website, what purposes it is used for, and the rights of data subjects. We operate in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

2.1. Form data

When you fill out the contact form, we collect: name, email address, message content, optionally company name. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

2.2. Cookies and technical data

The site uses cookies in three categories:

  • Necessary: session, language preference. Active by default — the site does not function without them.
  • Analytics: anonymous visit statistics (which pages viewed, how long). Only with your consent.
  • Marketing: ad campaign effectiveness measurement. Only with your consent.

2.3. Newsletter (if you subscribe)

Email address + optionally other data you provide. Used solely for the quarterly newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of every message.

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent: for optional cookies (analytics, marketing) and the newsletter.
  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract / pre-contract steps: for messages submitted through the contact form.
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest: for securing the site (anti-spam, technical security).

4. Retention period

  • Contact form messages: 24 months from last contact, unless a contract was entered into — then in line with accounting obligations (5 years).
  • Analytics cookies: up to 13 months.
  • Marketing cookies: up to 13 months.
  • Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectify your data,
  • erase your data ("right to be forgotten"),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the legality of processing before withdrawal),
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Data recipients

Data may be transferred to:

  • hosting infrastructure providers (data processing agreement in place),
  • email tooling providers (Resend, Google Workspace),
  • analytics tool providers (if you have consented).

Some of these entities are based outside the EU — in such cases we apply standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We may update this policy. Any material changes are announced on this page with the last update date visible at the top.
