Social Media Automation

Multi-account orchestration, scheduling, engagement loops and analytics. Compliant, account-safe and built to scale beyond a single operator.

Most social media automation tools end with a banned account in the first quarter. Our approach is different: we build systems that understand platform limits, work inside them, and extend operator productivity — not try to evade the rules. That is what lets the system run for years, not months.

Multi-account orchestration the platform tolerates

The key: account isolation (separate fingerprints, sessions, residential proxies), realistic activity patterns (not 200 follow-ups in 5 minutes), use of official APIs where they exist (LinkedIn marketing API, Instagram Graph API), and front-end scraping only for what the API does not cover.

Each account in the system has a personality profile: activity hours, posting frequency, engagement type. This is not pretending to be human — it is respecting that accounts are operated by different members of the team.

Scheduling and engagement loops

Content schedule plugged into your editorial calendar — Notion, Airtable, custom dashboard, whatever. The system publishes on schedule, with A/B testing for headlines and thumbnails if needed.

Engagement loops: mention monitoring, automated DM responses for clear-intent messages (with human-in-the-loop for ambiguous ones), comment reactions per rules. Everything sits behind an operator dashboard — a human sees what the system is doing and can pause or change any move.

Analytics that actually serve the editorial team

Standard social analytics dashboards (Hootsuite, Buffer) report vanity metrics. We build dashboards that connect publications to business outcomes — sales pipeline, site traffic, intent signals. You know which content format actually generates pipeline, not just likes.

Frequently asked

Will my accounts get banned?

If the system is designed well — no. We work within platform policy, use official APIs where possible, and isolate sessions. Across 47 accounts we currently maintain for one client over 6 months — zero bans.

Does this work for TikTok too?

Yes, but TikTok has the least stable API of all platforms. We combine official API with safe front-end scraping. We recommend a larger tolerance margin here than for LinkedIn or Instagram.

How do you handle DM responses?

An intent classifier identifies the message type (sales inquiry, support, spam, ambiguous). Clear types respond automatically using templates (which the editorial team edits), ambiguous ones go to the operator queue. On average, 60–70% of DMs can be handled automatically.
