AX/04 — Industry FAQ
01Do freight exchanges have APIs?
Some yes (Trans.eu Premium has an API, Timocom premium too). Most small portals — no. Then scraping via authorized session on your behalf.
02What about bot detection on exchanges?
Trans.eu and Timocom have anti-bot. Bypass through authorized account + comfortable rate + browser pool. Detection rate ~5-15%, retry logic.
03Do we auto-accept loads?
No. The pipeline alerts + prepares profitability analysis. Acceptance always on the dispatcher side — that is a legal decision binding the firm.
04What about multi-country compliance?
Each country has its own customs rules + cabotage regulations. The system requires a rule engine per country, plus updates when regulations change. Included in retainer.
05How much does it cost?
Small forwarder (5-20 trucks): setup €5-12k, retainer €500-1500/month. Mid (50-200): €15-35k setup, €1.5-4k/month. Enterprise 3PL with multi-country: €40k+ setup.
