AX/04 — Industry FAQ
01Do you cover all procurement portals?
EU TED, major national portals (BZP / eZamówienia for Poland, BOAMP for France, equivalent for other EU countries on request). Plus regional sub-portals on demand.
02CPV filtering simply by code list?
Yes, plus optionally "similar CPV" — soft match on related categories (e.g. you have 72.220 software dev = we also catch 72.230 development services). Negotiated per client.
03Do you submit offers automatically too?
No. The pipeline alerts + prepares context (price history, similar tenders, deadline). Final decision and offer preparation on the human side — these are legal and business-critical decisions.
04What about tender results (who won, for how much)?
We can also scrape historical results (BZP / TED publish them publicly). A common add-on — insight into competitor win-rate, average accepted offer prices.
05How much does it cost?
Small B2G company (1-3 people): setup €2-5k, retainer €250-700/month. Agency 10+: setup €6-15k, retainer €800-2500/month. Enterprise with history analytics: €15-30k setup.
